Deborah Pearlman recognizes the value of “the look.” With a personal style all her own, she has an innate understanding of what a few small tweaks can do for a new listing or new purchase. “Once the prospective buyers and I have the location and size selected, I enjoy using my design skills to help unlock the potential style and layout that fits each owner’s taste.” Deborah also has a knack for making a listed property more appealing at Open Houses or in property photographs.
Before transitioning to real estate, Deborah spent eight years working in secondary education as a Program Coordinator, highlighting her attentiveness to details big and small. Her work included supervising large-scale programs and events from conception to execution. “Buying a home is one of the most important processes an individual, couple, or family experiences, and someone who can be trusted with overseeing every detail should be at the helm.” She graduated from the Stern College for Women in 2006 with a Bachelors in Science.
Deborah is an active community mom. Her children are heavily involved in regional athletics and competitive dance, which requires professional time-management skills and frequent check-ins, skills she intends to bring to buyers and sellers: “I am always available to manage any number of aspects that can arise from the home-buying process, and I am completely devoted to ensuring my clients' experiences goes smoothly and in a timely fashion.” She lives in Bergenfield with her husband, caterer David, and three children: Yishaya, Leora, and Sammy. They love to cook dinner as a family and taking trips to unforgettable destinations (dream destinations include Hawaii and Dubai).
